Inspire Estates are a modern and forward thinking estate agent, based locally to us here at PropertyADD, in Crawley.
In October 2006, when PropertyADD was officially launched, we approached Inspire’s directors, with a proposal for them to become development partners for the service.
With 20 years experience between them, a decent size team and a belief in combining modern technology with traditional values, they were the perfect partners for PropertyADD.
Just weeks later, we had imported their property and contact data from FindaProperty’s Editor product, configured their website and portal feeds and trained their staff.
Since that time, we regularly meet up and share experiences and several new features have been added to PropertyADD as a direct result of their feedback.

"Initially, we had reservations about moving towards a hosted software package. However, our minds were soon put at ease with what I call click–bang performance! The technology fits very well with our modern, off high street estate agency model and enables us to work from home or on the road if necessary.
Since we went live, we have not experienced a moment of downtime with the service - and that’s something no estate agent can afford to compromise over.
Recently, we have added an international property department at another location and are sharing the same system seamlessly. This has given us confidence that PropertyADD fits perfectly with our plans to expand.
The ability to generate such flexible letters directly from the software has removed the need for an administrator role in our company, giving us a significant cost saving. We have also been particularly pleased with the success of SMS messages which have directly resulted in sales.
In October 2007, the time came to give our website a facelift and the recently re-launched site introduces some exciting new features, including the ability to maintain content ourselves."
More recently Inspire have also become the first customer to invest in PropertyADD Podcaster and are excited about the potential.
