PDF Templates Added

PDF files became the de facto standard for sending documents electronically some time ago. Whether emailling property particulars to potential applicants or supplying print ready brochures to your digital printing bureau, PDF is the easy way for estate agents to go.

We've added two new features to PropertyADD to make producing PDF documents as simple as possible.

Firstly, it is now possible to create your own PDF templates through the admin area. You choose the page size, add the items you wish to appear and sequence them as necessary. It's a simple process, yet you retain full control over the page layout.

Secondly, you assign a PDF template against each property. A one-click process then merges the property data into the PDF template and produces your brochure in seconds.

There's no need to buy Adobe® Acrobat® and it's another brilliant time saver.
