On 1st January 2010, the VAT rate reverts back to its original level of 17.5%, after a year of reduction to 15%.

The majority of our customers are VAT registered and are therefore largely unaffected by this. However, if you are a start-up agency, not yet registered for VAT and thinking about investing in estate agency software and a website, buying before the New Year will save you money.

A typical single office sales and lettings agency with 3 staff buying our Standard package, along with a new estate agency website would save at least £70.
